For years we've made our home along the Maine coast, and we've spent those years helping others do the same. Tina leads design and real estate. Erik leads the build. Together, we've designed kitchens, renovated whole homes, built new from the ground up, and helped families find the property where everything else begins.
A few years ago, we took a leap of faith. We packed up our lives, our daughters, and our years of experience, and headed south for a different slice of paradise. In Naples, Florida, we bought a home and renovated it floor to ceiling. We learned what it meant to design for warmth and water and palm trees instead of pines. And we built a real estate practice in a market we'd come to love.
So we returned, and brought everything we learned with us.

Tina leads design and real estate. A licensed broker in both Maine and Southern Florida, she's the one walking clients through listings, selecting the finishes, and making sure every detail of a home reflects who lives in it.
Erik Richardson
Erik runs the build side. With years of experience in new construction and renovation, he's the partner who turns design plans into a home you can actually move into.
